Description
This is a description of Escentia German Camomile Pure Essential Oil. It is a 100% pure Matricaria recutita (Blue German Chamomile) oil. It has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties, is helpful for severe skin problems, and is also effective in treating urinary stones, menstrual and menopausal problems, chilblains, and more. The oil is available in 5ml, 10ml, or 20ml sizes.
German Chamomile (Blue), like Roman Chamomile, has excellent calming properties, but because of the natural occurrence of chamazulene, a powerful anti-inflammatory agent which gives the oil its blue colour, German chamomile is best used externally to treat inflammation.
